| Pet Policy
The Island Inn is a pet-friendly inn.
When checking-in, please ask for a copy of our pet policies.
Minimum Nights Stay
We may require a stay of two nights or more on weekends, Holidays and during the summer season
Reservations
Reservations are accepted year-round. A 100% deposit is required for three nights
or less; 50% to confirm four or more night stays. Deposit due within seven days
after reservation is made. Minimum length of stay may apply to some dates.
Cancellations
Notification
of cancellation must be received , in writing, two weeks prior to arrival in order
to refund deposit. A $50.00 fee will be charged for all cancelled reservations,
regardless of when cancelled. Guests responsible for payment on entire confirmed
length of stay.
Additional Information
All rooms offer private bathroom,
kitchenette, color-cable TV, telephone,
heat and air-conditioning.
Additional person charge is $20.00 per night, and applies after 2nd adult in studio and one-bedroom suite and after 4th person in all other units.
Rates shown above do not include state and local taxes of 5.7% and 4% respectively.
